Meet Morgan: The First in the Series
Morgan is 30 years old, and one of our youngest homeowners to date—something worth celebrating in itself.
She’s a Delta flight attendant, a fiercely independent woman, and someone who’s spent the last few years telling the hard parts of life to get out of her way.
Her story isn’t wrapped in a bow—and that’s exactly why it matters.
Morgan has moved more times than she can count.
She’s lived in houses, in cars, and in the heavy fog of not knowing where she belonged. But something shifted.
This time, instead of running, she chose to build.
This is the moment Morgan plants her flag.
The Redline: Where It All Starts
Morgan recently sat down for her redline meeting—the phase where the vision becomes real.
It’s the first time a homeowner starts to see their home not just as a plan, but as a process. Walls get reimagined, layouts shift, and decisions begin to stack.
She came in ready—with a clear sense of what she wanted, and an openness to discover what was possible.
She left supercharged—excited, focused, and officially all-in.
From flipping her bathroom and closet layout to chase natural light… to thinking ahead about future basement options… to dreaming up fireplace built-ins and foyer arches…
Morgan is making this home hers.
And we get to build it with her.
